If your club encounters a technical problem and you want to schedule a service call on location, please use this form to submit a request. We will first see if we can solve the problem together remotely. If this is not possible, we will schedule a service call.
A service call falls under the licensing costs of your association if it appears that it is due to hardware or software failure. If it turns out to be a disruption caused by the club itself (cables changed, no power supply), or external factors (such as no internet) then we are forced to charge for our hours.
